We went to the rescheduled egg hunt in the town over from us. Aiden was excited that the weekend after Easter, Peter Cottontail was still out spreading smiles. The toddler hunt was shockingly fast (those two and three year old cleared the field in less than two minutes!) and there were a few golden eggs to be found. Turns out that the golden egg that Aiden snatched was converted for a Best Buy gift card!? No crummy waxy chocolate bunnies here - you get cards to buy video games! - I was pretty surprised and amused by that... KC was cuddling and eating nearly the entire time, so we get the daddy cam of the event ;) The end is when Peter Cottontail arrived. The bunny came stomping out of his car through the parking lot. Aiden now thinks that Santa and the Easter Bunny drive themselves all around town. We're demystifying those guys around here.
