Woah, where are the days going? This summer keeps making appearances in between the rain, but geesh it is going by quickly. Is it really almost the end of July!? We've had some fun lately. We had a chance to have dinner with our friends who have a daughter exactly a year older than Aiden. They were the sweet, sweet people that pumped us full of baby gear and we returned the fabulous stuff to them. I had to just ignore my sentimental attachment to schtuff and it is nice to have more room to spare.

In the meantime, we've spruced up our emptier basement with a fresh coat of paint and some rad carpet tiles (super uber clearance at $2!) J's workout routine is now a little more comfy in the spruced up basement and I feel good about the potential that we can use that room to play in the winter. In other updates, we went the Taste of Wayland Square again this year. They'd ramped it up a bit this year. Ooh, the food was so yummy! Aiden's favorite part was this new science toy store that was blasting off mentos and coke every half hour. Woooah, that was pretty cool to watch up close especially if you're a one year old. Mama's favorite part was the 10 minute chair massage that made all the difference while I'm trying to keep up with lifting my big boy.
We went back to the library for their summer reading series fun. They had a magician who played tricks that had to do with planets. Aiden mostly wanted to rock the headphones and play this funny little computer game.
We also got Aiden's tux for Lizzie and Woah's September wedding:
