The weather truly knows how to flip flop this year.  It looks like the spring is following the winter trend of a beautiful day followed by a day (or two) of torrential downpours.  It's not snow in this case just a ton of flooding rain - we feel so lucky to live on top of the hill!  But before that all hit this week we were out on the Potomac on a beautiful breezy, sunny day on a little boat cruise.  Our seafarers were nice and relaxed (although wishing for sunglasses so mom lent her gigantos).  It's a nice way to spot the last of the blossoms and sneak in a cupcake after the cruise.
