magic kingdom

The Magic Kingdom was our introduction to Disney and the Fast Pass and all the planning and all the details that go into getting there and making the magic happen… and I have to admit I was feeling skeptical that it could live up to all the hype.  It definitely delivers that Disney spirit, but there were mostly grumpy workers that herded people all day hanging out ignoring the fact that their Fast Pass system wasn't working quite right.  Where are the peppy "Have a Magic Day" people?  Turns out they just a few days earlier had rolled out the new system where you can add Fast Passes throughout the day, so they were overwhelmed.  It all worked out for us and we got to do just about everything we wanted to do, but not for lack of effort.  Shouldn't magical days be easy?!

We spent a big portion of our day being drawn back to Tomorrowland and that side of the park.  The Buzz ride was everyone's favorite so we finagled two fast passes to ride it twice.  We were happy we never had to wait in line more than 15 minutes or so thanks to those Fast passes and some good timing.

We covered a bunch of fun roughly in this order:
Tomorrowland Speedway
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Main Square Dreams Come True Show
Monster's Inc Laugh Floor
Under the Sea Journey of the Little Mermaid
