This month there were many author's birthdays. A.A. Milne, author of Winnie the Pooh, was Jan 18. January 12th was Clement Hurd's birthday. He illustrated the classic Goodnight Moon and Runaway Bunny. We do read some of these classics in between dinosaur and Boynton books. We have so many books around here, and I'm so glad that Aiden sees them as just as much fun as toys.
I may have mentioned the Xmas before last that J's Dad wrote a bedtime story for his grandkids. We're grateful to have all these original, personalized stories. Here are my boys enjoying Grampa's story:
