My folks agreed to (aka. I signed up and told them we were going ;) - thanks!) visit the RISD lighting lab with me earlier this week. I have to complete a "professional quality" brochure on a specific theme. He forced us to pick our themes early in the semester and I chose to make a brochure based on "What is Montessori?" The shots I thought Aiden could be my model and I could get shots in his classroom - easy peasy right? Ug, photographing kids in a lighting studio is a heck of a lot harder than I expected. Trying to get all three of them in the same shot with the light I wanted, nearly impossible. But it did make for some fun family shots... Here's a batch of my favorites with the attempts at the brochure photos at the top.
