hippos!

You may have noticed in my post on Thanksgiving that Aiden is perched on the couch with a bunch of hippo friends watching the parade. Well, in the midst of getting organized, I found a boatload of hippos that were ready to cuddle, and of course, have their photos taken.

I posted at 14 months that our hippo collection had nearly doubled! Well, we are up to 45 hippos that can be located and photographed (not including eight more toy hippos and countless ceramic others at Gran and Pop's house.) His lion friend count shimmied up there over the last few months since they were decorations at his party, so I think that explains the hippo growth rate stabilizing ;)
